This policy describes how MyPlaylist ("the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
MyPlaylist does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All audio files and playlists remain on your device.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), which may collect certain device identifiers and usage data to serve advertisements. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
MyPlaylist displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
You can opt out of personalised ads at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you purchase "Remove Ads", no advertisements will be shown and no advertising data will be collected by AdMob.
On iOS 14 and later, MyPlaylist will ask for your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier. You can change your preference at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → MyPlaylist.
Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. MyPlaylist does not have access to your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to all transactions.
Your library tracks and playlists are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs (UserDefaults and the Documents directory). This data is not shared with any third party.
MyPlaylist supports importing files from iCloud Drive. File access is performed locally on your device; the App does not upload or transmit your audio files anywhere.
MyPlaylist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
