MyNote Support
A note app with no account and no servers. Most questions are answered
below. To report something broken, use the App Support link on
MyNote's App Store page, and say which device and iOS version you are on.
Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. Open the app and write. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Where are my notes kept?
- On your device. If you turn on backup in Settings, copies also go to your
own iCloud Drive or Google Drive — a folder you can open yourself. They
never go to us; MyNote has no servers.
- How do I start a new block?
- Press Return. Backspace at the very start of a block folds it into the one
above, so nothing is stranded.
- How do I change a block into a heading or a list?
- Use the bar above the keyboard, or long-press the block for the same menu
plus Delete.
- Can I read my notes on Android?
- Back up to Google Drive, which works on iPhone, iPad and Android. iCloud
Drive is Apple-only — Apple provides no way for an Android app to read
it.
- What happens to my notes if I delete the app?
- The copies on that device go with it. Anything backed up stays in your own
Drive folder until you delete it.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. MyNote is free, with nothing for sale inside it.
